Welcome! How vital it is to make time for your spiritual unfolding and soul stirrings.

The Sacred Presence for you may be known as Creator, Source, God, Goddess, Beloved, Christ, Holy One, the Divine Feminine, Mama Earth, the Ancestors, None of the Above, or by other names.

My role is to facilitate a relational, contemplative "container" where you can tune in to how the Divine may be present and moving through your life, how you feel called to respond, and how you might further tend your spiritual life, desires and needs.

My approach to Spiritual Companionship & Coaching is:

• Ancestrally rooted

• Mental health informed

I also provide Somatic Spiritual Consultation for Spiritual Directors and Companions.
